Doing what I can... Part 2

I'm continuing to do what I can to support Susan G. Komen foundation to find a cure for Breast Cancer. Today I'm doing that by consuming a little "Empowerment". I'm drinking Fuze Empower Goji Wild Berry flavored beverage. Ten cents from every purchase goes towards the fight against breast cancer.

Lucky for me it taste really good because I bought several bottles without knowing what it taste like for the sake of, Doing what I can!

October is Breast cancer awareness month, Businesses and organizations all over the country offer up products for consumers to purchase in support of finding a cure. Every year I try to do my part (as small as it may be) to support the fight against Breast Cancer. This year I'm eating lots of Yoplait Yogurt. By purchasing Yoplait Yogurt and participating in their Save Lids to Save lives campaign where you send in the pink lids from your yogurt containers and for every lid sent in 10cents goes towards Breast Cancer Research.

I also purchased the Great Lips, Great Cause Lipgloss Key Chain from Clinque.

It's a stylish silver accessory to any bag, purse, or set of keys that puts three lipgloss choices right at your finger tips. By purchasing this product I'm providing another $10 towards the finding a cure for Breast Cancer.

I know that what I can do to show support is very small but if everyone was to do some thing small it would have Giant results!

I just heard the funniest story… a fellow Facebooker told me that early the other day she was adding random hot guys as her friend so she could have some new people to chat with. Well, later that day she got the notification that on of the hottest ones accepted her friend request so she sent him a message in his inbox flirting with him and saying how sexy his chocolate skin was. And here’s the funny part, he responsed with a message saying “Thank you but aren’t you married to someone I know!” OMG I couldn’t help but LMAO!! That’s why I don’t flirt online. You just never know who knows who, or who might know some body who knows somebody, who knows your mate or your mates family. And to my fellow Facebooker, if you’re going to flirt make sure you check to see what friends you have in common with that person before you flirt with them or stick to flirting with people who live far far away.

Facebook Paparazzi

I know we’ve all heard of Facebook stalkers, Right?! They are people who (friend or not) follow your page, statuses, and activity religiously. The comment on your posts faithfully, and send creepy and annoying private messages. These are people who are adoring and obsessive and keep tabs on you because they want to be close or closer to you. Well for those who don’t know there are also people I call “The Facebook Paparazzi.” These people also (friend or not) visit your page to check you statuses and activity constantly, so they can report to anyone who will listen their half true or falsified version of what you’re up to. But these are your enemies or arch nemesis, who what to keep tabs on you to use things on your page against you. They never send a private message or leave a comment for everyone to see because they don’t want you to know that they are watching you but we all know they’re there and who they are because their reports make their way back to us.

I recently had to change my settings from being open to my network and friends to friends only to keep my new Facebook paparazzo off my page. So my message to my faithful Facebook Paparazzo is, If you’re reading this “I know I’m a great and fascinating person but there are so many other things you could occupy your free time with other then concerning yourself with and reporting on things that are none of your business!”
